Joel A. Rubin

Joel Rubin has five years of Capitol Hill experience and served as Legislative Director to Representative Brian Baird (D-WA), a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.  Mr. Rubin worked closely with the Transportation Committee during the development of the transportation reauthorization bill and earmarked millions of dollars for the Congressman’s district.  As Legislative Directive, Mr. Rubin was also responsible for overseeing the appropriations process in Rep. Baird’s office.  Joel received his degree in accounting from Frostburg State University in Western Maryland.
