David TurchDavid was graduated from Saint John's University with majors in economics and business administration. Credit concentrations were earned in English and Philosophy. David Turch has gained his comprehensive experience through more than a decade and a half of service as a legislative staff member in both the U.S. House and Senate and with members of both major political parties. This was followed (1983-1987) by work as a division director at two of our nation's largest independent public relations firms. He has substantial expertise in government marketing, defense and transportation issues. In August of 1987 he founded David Turch and Associates at its present location on Capitol Hill. He has been called upon from time to time to testify as an expert witness on transportation matters. |
